“What use is care? What good is watching for that matter? People are forever watching things. They should be seeing. I see the things I look at. I am a see-er.” ~ Patrick Rothfuss
This was taken on the viewing platform in The Shard in London. The view is stunning but it was interesting watching people and seeing just how many of them seemed utterly uninterested in that view. I am not sure how you could stand here and not be transfixed by this unique and glorious view but it made for interesting watching
Amazing how indifference to the grandeur of visual realities seems to predominate our society. Technological networks transfix us. So sad. Where will it end.
