And you, the tea;
Then your fragrance
Has to depend solely upon my plainness….
I have to be hot, even boiled
Before we consume each other….”

This is my daughter pouring me a cup of Jasmine tea which we had with our Chinese dinner on a recent Mother and Daughter only outing. If you have never had proper Jasmine tea brewed in a teapot then I can assure you have been missing out. It is a fragrant delicate tea that requires no milk or sugar, just perfectly boiled water to realise its beautiful flavours.
oooh, that sounds so wonderful!
I love this! I can relax just looking at the cuppa being filled!
Gorgeous image!
My favourite flavour is chamomile. – Margy
