We are spending the weekend in Southport. Yesterday our friends took us into Liverpool and we went on the Liverpool eye. It was a truly beautiful crisp winters day, with bright clear sunshine. However it was blowing a pretty fearsome wind that not only was damn cold but rocked the little pods on the eye in a rather alarming manner.The views were amazing though but I am afraid I didn’t get any pictures of them as I was far to busy being scared out of my wits.
