My research tells me this a line from a 1931 American gangster movie called Little Ceaser however my research does not tell why on earth it is written on this wall in London.

I’m assuming it’s found itself there thanks to something gang related? The film (quite possibly one of the best gangster films ever) is about a small time wannabe gangster (Rico/Caesar) seizing control of a large gang & getting shot for it. (The quote is from immediately after him being shot). Beautiful image, whatever it’s reason for being there though 🙂 #MySundayPhoto
Definitely not gang related as it was in a pretty posh part of London and the wall was part of a restaurant. I am assuming the restaurant commissioned the art work but why that movie is beyond me
