Which is very true but sadly staying at home all the time is not really an option for most of us. I am lucky that I work for home so I get to stay in more than most but there is still shopping to do, friends to see and on this occasion the gym to attend to burn off some of those calories consumed but as you can see I am full prepared to tackle the trip between home and gym with the correct winter clothes.
