This is not only the first snow fall this year winter but the first significant snow fall we have had for a number of years making it even more magical than usual.

last monday it happened here, quit surprising indeed and lots of it fell down… it was gone by wednesday but my dogs had two days of fun 😉

Wow! You had really thick snow. We had some snow (our first proper snow for four or five years), but it was nowhere near as thick as that.
