I don’t get the allure of fishing whatsoever and so this quote from Thoreau made me chuckle as I think that maybe it is spot on. I mean, how often do you see a woman fishing. I don’t mean on fishing boats, but I mean for leisure, as a hobby? I am sure there are some but in all my years I have never seen a single one.
