Back view of daffodill with sunlight shining through showing off its good design

Picasso said that no one has to explain a daffodil. Good design is understandable to virtually everybody. You never have to ask why.” ~ Hugh Newell Jacobsen

I took with a new lens I have. A wonderful gift to me from a friend who no longer wanted it. It is lit by the sun which is coming in from the front of the daffodil but the shallow depth of field threw enough of the background into the dark that I was able to edit it to take it sit in a frame of black. I am rather pleased with this shot and with this new lens
