We know all about rain in the UK. If there was such a thing as a national weather surely ours would be rain. Mostly it is annoying as it brings days and days of dark grey skies that seem to push down on the land but sometimes rain is a beautiful thing. The smell of summer rain at the end of a warm day for example, or a beautiful rainbow or the blue sky reflected in a puddle once the clouds are past or in this case, decorating the world with little gems that tremble and glisten in the light. Sometimes rain is not just grey skies.
