“The car has become an article of dress without which we feel uncertain, unclad, and incomplete in the urban compound.” ~ Marshall McLuhanI found this car, along with a whole load of others, all parked inside what appeared to be a run down old warehouse in my town. I had visited the area just to take pictures because from the road the buildings looked empty and potentially interesting. I wasn’t expecting to find one of them full of thousands of pounds worth of new cars. There is a Range Rover garage a few blocks away so I can only assume they have rented this space to house their overflow but it really did feel like I had stumbled across a some sort of gangster car hideout. I am glad I went though because it definitely resulted in some interesting photo opportunities, just not quite the ones I was expecting.
