Hawthorne lived in Maine. He also wrote rather melacholic literature. The photograph befits his quote. And, it’s a very nice photograph.
I feel small ( in a good way) looking at this photo – you can almost see the movement of the sun flickering through the trees.
Every Sunday you make me smile with the beauty of your pictures and the words you choose!
