Day 17 – Captured

shafts of sunlight through frosted trees

As we rounded the bend in the woods the shafts of sun light cutting through the trees caught my eye. The combination of the cold frost filling air and the slanted light seemed to creating a magical morning mist. I took this picture in the hope that some of that scene might be transported here but you never really know what you have got until you upload the picture and see it properly. Only then do you really know if you trapped the moment or if it escaped.

Thank you very much for this lovely comment on my work. I wasn’t sure it was up to some of the standards of the other players at The Creative Exchange but I decided that it definitely fitted in with your, work from the heart, guidelines.
