Despite still not having any snow here we are never the less definitely getting a good long taste of winter. Morning after morning there has been a thick frost often accompanied by mist and fog but sometimes turning into bright crisp days. The up side of all this is that so far we have not had a great deal of rain but this is England and spring is hopefully coming and with it, I suspect, all the rain.
