We seem to live in a world were it has become perfectly acceptable to say the most horrible thing, to peddle messages of hate and intolerance with no regard for anyone but yourself. You can ‘joke’ about assaulting women, mock people with physical disabilities, call all men rapist based on their nationality. You can tell bare faced lies to people about investing money in the NHS, you can print newspaper articles that call judges who upholding the law traitors. You can do all these things with no thought to anyone but yourself and your own agenda and it seems you can get away with it too. Let’s hope the ripple effect of all this does not cause a huge wave of destruction that engulfs us all.
