Whenever I see an old vintage car like this these lyrics always pop into my head. In fact I will even point them out to my kids saying ‘Look, there is a Chitty Bang Bang car’. When I was a kid myself it was one of my absolute favourite movies ever. It used to be on every Christmas (this was in the day before VHS or DVD’s etc) and I would sit glued to it. I was terrified of the child-catcher, played brilliantly by Robert Helpmann, even to this day he still gives me the creeps.
