“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” ~ Elliott Erwitt
What I found interesting about these pods was that despite the fact it was a lovely day and the beach front was busy with people enjoying themselves this wheel continued to slowly turn round and round with virtually no customers. I have no idea why that is, or if it was just an oddity or a regular thing but I did find it strange that on a lovely summery day there no queue of people waiting to have their go. With the weather what it is in England if you are not busy on a day like this then I have to wonder when on earth you are.
Super shot – well done!

An arresting image 🙂 On our local beach yesterday there were some much smaller ‘pods’ but they were on a fairground ride. 🙂
it probably comes down to the cost and the fact if it’s a sunny day, spend it on the beach rather than in a pod
