Day 125 – Petal Poetry

Looking down into red tulips petal

“Flowers rewrite soil, water, and sunshine into petal poetry.” ~ Terri Guillemets

First the Daffodils come to show us that winter is on the wane. They stand bold and tall against the last gasps of the dark season. As the Spring takes hold they are joined and then replaced with a mad flurry of colour, blossom, hyacinths, spring green leaves and the best of the lot; Tulips. Reaching up like colourful cups to the sky, drinking in the new seasons warmth and decorating the land a riot of hues.
