“And all the winds go sighing,
For sweet things dying” ~ Christina Rossetti“
Even in its last moments a flower can still be a beautiful thing. This is a single Hyacinth bloom, curled and faded, its pretty white gone, its scent just a memory. It is a shadow of its former self and yet it lingers in a new state somewhere between death and life.
it may be faded but makes for a good shot
Seems like we have something similar for our images today 🙂
What a lovely sentiment! Thanks for visiting LHeure Bleue At Home and for your well wishes.
Oh! You must give it a new life…
