Day 185 – The High Kirk

The High Kirk of Edinburgh also known as St Giles Cathedral is the principal place of worship of the Church of Scotland in Edinburgh. Much of the present building dates from the late 14th century. It is certainly an imposing and grand sight on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile.

”Edinburgh is an experience A city of enormous gifts Whose streets sing of history Whose cobbles tell tales.” ~  Alan Bold
