Day 26 – Snip

I took my daughter to have her hair cut yesterday. She is 8 years old and I have spent the last 4 years trying to get her to agree to have her hair cut. She has always refused anything more than a trim, so imagine my surprise when she suddenly announced she wanted her very long dark locks cut off at the shoulder. The whole through I kept expecting her to suddenly change her mind and realise how much of hair was gone but she didn’t. She smiled like a Cheshire cat the whole way through.
