Day 262 – Phone Home

Inkie designed phone box in London

You can find these funky phone boxes scattered all over London. They are part of an art project sponsored by British Telecom to celebrate a great British icon.  The boxes will eventually be auctioned off & the proceeds will go to the charity Child Line. I found this one under the arches near London Bridge Station at Borough Market. It’s name is ‘Fade To Black’ and was deigned by the artist ‘Inkie‘.

I’ve missed this one on my walks. I love the way you have highlighted it by monochroming the rest of the picture. Well done.
